Use this recipe with caution. My advice is to let your guests know that this is not a crab cake. It looks like a crab cake. It uses the same ingredients except for the crab. I imagine you could substitute your favorite sea dweller and make this recipe to your liking. Please enjoy. Jesus loves you.
- Fresh fish
- Egg white
- Breadcrumbs
- Onion
- Bell pepper
- Garlic
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Sauté your vegetables as you please. Set aside. Add fish, egg white, vegetables, and breadcrumbs to food processor. You already know what you’re doing by now. You’re making cakes with fish that your neighbor so generously gave you. Represent the hood. Season your cakes as you please. Garnish with what you have to make you and the community thrive.
